This retreat is designed for women who are ready to dig deeper into their healing journeys. We'll be utilizing the IFS model (Internal Family Systems) throughout our time together. This is a therapeutic approach, but from my perspective it's truly a way of life, that is based on the philosophy that every person has within them an intrinsic wisdom and ability to heal and that this inner healing wisdom blooms naturally in a safe and supportive environment. You will learn how to engage with this practice and walk through your life in a different way.

Myself along with my three partners and guides blend years of experience in traditional and eco-inspired therapies, holistic nutrition and lifestyle coaching, yoga and movement instruction, energetic wellness and honoring the sacred in all things. Each of these elements will be incorporated into the retreat experience.

This retreat is held in Nederland, CO. Ned is a sweet little mountain town situated at 8,200 feet elevation and just about an hour outside of Denver.
